Alongside her performing career, Flavia began teaching ballet at Jordance Studios in 2020, where she developed a strong passion for shaping young dancers’ classical technique and artistry. She has also assisted with choreography and co-directed multiple productions. Notably, she collaborated with Luz Morante, Ballet Director of Jordance Studios, and Paula and Jimi Jordan, owners of Jordance Studios, in the creation and co-direction of The Nutcracker with a Latin Twist, as well as various spring productions. Her teaching reflects a balance of strong classical foundation, musicality, and expressive performance.
