Membership fees are processed automatically using the payment method on file through your Jordance Studios Vagaro account. Payments are billed monthly, making it easy to budget while keeping your spot reserved in class. You can update your payment method or view your account at any time through your Vagaro app or by stopping by the front desk.
We’ll be sad to see you go! If you’re relocating and need to cancel your membership, simply notify us at the front desk before your next billing date. We’ll help make the transition as smooth as possible and hope to welcome you back if you’re ever in the Las Vegas area again.
Your health always comes first. If an injury prevents you from participating, please contact the studio front desk as soon as possible and let your instructors know. Depending on the situation and expected recovery time, we can place your membership on hold or help you explore other available options.
Yes! Select adult classes and workshops may be available as drop-ins, space permitting. However, our youth programs and progressive courses are designed as structured programs and require enrollment to ensure consistent training and development.
If you need to cancel your membership, we simply ask that you provide written or verbal notice before your next billing cycle. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable, and your enrollment will remain active through the end of your paid billing period. This policy allows us to plan class sizes and provide the best experience for all of our students.
